38 Special is releasing new music for the first time in more than 20 years!
“Milestone” will debut on September, 19 and will mark their first album since 2004's “Drivetrain”. Last year, they celebrated their 50th anniversary and the upcoming album is an extension of the future.
"This is a fresh, updated approach to the sound we've been making together for so long," Don Barnes noted. "Why not make a big statement after all these years? When you're reintroducing yourself to the world, 'good enough' doesn't work anymore. If you're gonna do it, you might as well go big."
The band released a new video for the song "All I Haven't Said," to give fans a taste of what’s to come.
The album features Randy Bachman, Train's Pat Monahan and Jim Peterik, of Survivor who also produced 38 Special's new album, as he cowrote the 1980 breakthrough hit, "Rockin' Into the Night."
