Meet Viviane de Queiroz Pereira, aka Brazillian singer Pocah:
The 27 year old singer has been dating Ronan Souza since 2019. She was recently hospitalized with severe stomach pain after holding in gas around him.
She wrote to her Instagram followers (the post has since been deleted):
“I woke up at 5:30am with severe stomach pains and ended up in the hospital. But that’s it, guys. I’m now fine. Just an accumulation of trapped farts.”
The reason she had been holding the gas in, specifically: a TikTok video she had seen.
She regrets taking the (terrible) TikTok advice, stating:
“Girls, don’t be ashamed to fart in front of your guy. Because what’s really embarrassing is not letting your guy sleep because you’re in discomfort, going to hospital with your guy, and the diagnosis being ‘trapped farts.' "
And what's more embarrassing? Pocah's trapped farts made international headlines:
