It's been absolute mayhem in the air... with people starting fights, having nervous break downs, getting duct-taped to the seat and getting kicked off the plane. Sadly, it's become somewhat normalized to the point that we can now add tattooing aboard a plane to that list:
This reportedly happened as the plane was landing, with puddles of ink seen splattering all over the tray table.

TSA has confirmed that tattoo machines are allowed in carry on and checked luggage. The needles and ink have to be contained with in a container 3.4 oz or less.
