A man and woman from Visalia who allegedly lured thieves to their home and beat them with bats are now out on bail after being arrested Wednesday.
They can be seen on video captured by their doorbell camera luring thieves by placing a bike outside their home and then chasing after them with appears to be a baseball bat. Neighbors say this has been happening frequently.
Navy officials say the woman is a sailor assigned to Lemoore.
