PG&E has released a statement due to another day of issues with their website.
The utility sent out a tweet saying, "We are experiencing a high volume of traffic to our website & understand your frustration w/ the delay of accessing #PSPS related web pages. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Our team is working as quickly as possible to restore access."
Yesterday, there were also issues with their site, with some not able to load a webpage for hours.
