This Thanksgiving and Holiday season will be especially hard for those in our community that are hungry! The radio stations of iHeartMedia Sacramento are teaming up with our friends at Lasher's Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM to drive donations and bring awareness to the good work of Elk Grove Food Bank Services!
Not only does the Elk Grove Food Bank Services work to keep the community fed, but they provide support and services to seniors and veterans, clothing for those in need and food for our furry friends in need. They are hosting their first ever Turkey and Trimmings Drop Off on Saturday, November 14th from 9 a.m. to Noon.
To make it easy to find them, they'll be at Lasher's Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM at 8575 Laguna Grove inside the Elk Grove Automall with a contactless drive through! Just put your donations in your trunk and pop it open and their volunteers will make sure your donations go to those in need. If you have a lead on some turkeys to donate, you can drop those by the Food Bank at 9820 Dino Dr in Elk Grove. Check out ElkGroveFoodBank.org for details and check out this video I made!
