Learn About Public Works Super Heros During Elk Grove's Big Truck Week!

If you have small kids that you are working hard to keep busy during the stay at home orders, check this out!

Kids of ALL ages are invited to celebrate National Public Works Week (May 18th - 22nd) with the radio stations of iHeartMedia Sacramento and the City of Elk Grove during the all new Virtual Big Truck Week

Usually, Big Truck Week takes place at a huge parking lot in Elk Grove but this year, everyone can check out the trucks on line. You'll see special guests hosts like yours truly (Monica Lowe from 93.7 The River) and my friends Cristina Mendonsa, Sam Shane and the team from News 93.1 KFBK as we introduce you to the vehicles that public workers use everyday to help our cities run!

Big Truck Week is coming May 18th - 22nd

Families can join in on the fun by visiting the City’s social media channels every day the week of May 18th and learn about all of the vehicles involved in maintaining a city in a fun and interactive way. Each day will include videos of big trucks, activities, and crafts designed to educate and entertain the little ones while having fun learning about Public Works.
