Astronaut Casts Vote From Space

Just because you're floating 250 miles above the Earth, that's no excuse not to perform your civic duty.

From aboard the International Space Station, Drew Morgan cast his ballot for Tuesday's election. When not in low-orbit, the astronaut has an address in Neshannock Township, Pennsylvania, maintaining his voter registration with Lawrence County.

In a joint effort between election officials and NASA, an absentee ballot was created for Morgan, which was received on October 10, and tallied with the rest on Election Day.
