Man Throws Dog From Top Of Parking Garage After Burglary

A robber in San Francisco has people outraged, after he threw a dog out of the top of a parking garage, down to the street below.

He was trying to steal a vehicle and realized that the four year old Chihuahua named Dunky was inside the car.

At first, the owner of the dog thought Dunky must have got out of the car somehow, and fallen over. Investigators in looking at the evidence, found that the dog was forcibly grabbed.

Police arrested 35-year-old San Francisco resident Wakeen Best and charged him with suspicion of felony burglary, animal cruelty, grand theft, possession of stolen property, carrying a concealed weapon, vandalism and a probation violation.
