1 Dead, Dozens Sick After Romaine Lettuce E. Coli Outbreak

The Center for Disease Control is looking into a romaine lettuce E. coli outbreak, that has made at least 58 people ill in the U.S. and Canada. 13 states so far have been infected, including California, with five people hospitalized. One person has also died.

It is recommended that you do not eat romaine lettuce until they find the cause of the outbreak, and it is removed from stores.
