10 People Who Should Be The New Host of 'Jeopardy!'?

Jeopardy!'s executive producer Mike Richards has stepped down as host after past controversies surfaced. Here are 10 people that could host the trivia game show:

Ken Jennings

Record holder for Jeopardy!'s longest winning streak: of 74 straight games in 2004. Won Greatest of All Time tournament in 2020, too.

LeVar Burton

Burton hosted 21 seasons of Reading Rainbow (as well as Geordi La Forge on Star Trek: the Next Generation). He's been a fan favorite throughout the process of trying to find a new host for Jeopardy!

Mayim Bialik

Mayim Bailik, known from her role as Amy from Big Bang Theory, is another fan favorite. She is already set to host a Jeopardy! spin-off. What if she hosts just plain ol' Jeopardy?

Aaron Rodgers

Green Bay Packers quarterback and Celebrity Jeopardy! champion.

Robin Roberts

Anchor on Good Morning America. Roberts called hosting Jeopardy! "a once-in-a-lifetime experience I will never forget".

Laura Coates

Alex Trebek named Laura Coates, a CNN legal analyst, as a potential successor.

Alex Faust

Los Angeles Kings announcer, also named by Trebek as potential successor.

Stephen Colbert

Honestly, people just want Colbert to read off clues for categories like the Bible and Lord of the Rings. Colbert officially supports LeVar Burton's bid to host.

Julie Chen

Host of Big Brother for over two decades.

Natalie Portman

A long shot, but known for her academics. Portman has a bachelor's degree from Harvard and has also published two scientific journals.
