A driver in New York, Justin Kunis (20), was pulled over last week while driving in the Long Island Expressway for driving in the carpool lane without a passenger. Kunis tried to pass a theater mask off as a second passenger in the vehicle:
Kunis was ticketed. The fine for violating the HOV lane rules is $150, plus a $93 surcharge.
