Georgia Home Infested With Snakes, Rats & Roaches.
The family renting the home has a long list of issues with their home that the landlord apparently has not taken care of. They've reported rats and cockroaches, as well as other repairs needed, but the final nail in the coffin was snakes breaking through their ceiling.
According to the landlord, the responsibility falls on the family. The family, however, thinks otherwise. They stopped paying their rent two months ago in an effort to get the issues fixed. However, per Georgia law, renters cannot withhold rent.
The family is in the process of moving out.
