The Hong Guang, a GM venture, Mini EV is selling like hot cakes over in China; out-pacing Tesla in sales. It's a micro-compact four-seat electric vehicle available for only $4,400. And now the tiny EV will come with a convertible top! The hard top model runs ~ 10 feet long and has a fuel range up to 106 miles per charge, top speed of 62 mph. The convertible is slated to lose the back seats, restyle the front end and lower the door panels. They're also planning on adding an infotainment system.
