Planet of the Apes
The ending of 2001's “Planet of the Apes” where Mark Wahlberg travels back in time to his world and finds the Lincoln Memorial was replaced by an ape general. It’s just... bizarre.
Man of Steel
The ending of 2013's “Man of Steel” left fans reeling when (normally) virtuous Superman violently kills General Zod, destroying parts of Metropolis in the process.
Signs
The ending of 2002's "Signs", a film courtesy of M. Night Shyamalan. The ending: the aliens invading, Earth (a planet covered in water), are defeated by: water. Their one and only weakness.
Grease
The ending of 1978's "Grease" where Sandy becomes a leather-clad bad girl and Danny Zuko a preppy boy is odd enough. But then they get in a car and it flies away with in a movie that wasn't supernatural in any way... weird? Yes.
I Am Legend
The ending of 2007's “I Am Legend” featuring Will Smith is a great movie, but the ending is awful. Will Smith's character designs a cure for the Darkseekers, gives it to a couple of people, and then... dies. The cure gets delivered and life goes on. set to start a massive brawl. It went just a step too far.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom
The ending of 2018's "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" is a mind eff x2. There's the whole fact that the girl is a clone and then they release all the dinosaurs into the world instead of letting them die. DID WE LEARN NOTHING FROM THE OTHER MOVIES!? start a massive brawl. It went just a step too far.
Blazing Saddles
The ended of 1974's "Blazing Saddles" lands on this list because the doesn't just break the fourth wall, but completely runs it over when the actors all leave the set to start a massive brawl. It went just a step too far.
