Why?
The survey of 2,000 pet owners was conducted by OnePoll, in which they were asked about their pets' bad behaviors and how they manage them. 71% admitted to being more lenient with their pets than their significant other. On average, those surveyed said they put up with 15 bad habits per week. These habits can range from knocking things off the counter, snagging "people food", getting on furniture they're not supposed to be on. eating random things off the floor, and jumping onto furniture when they’re not supposed to.
