A recent survey conducted by OnePoll found that 54% of Americans are considering a career change. The study was conducted with 2,000 people, 18 - 35 years old in age and mostly from the following states:
- California
- Arizona
- Texas
- Illinois
- Florida
- North Carolina
- New Jersey
- Pennsylvania.
Most are citing the pandemic as the source of the shift, claiming they want a more fulfilling career, one that actually makes them happy.
