According to the Sacramento Bee, a local water park in Roseville has remained open during the Covid pandemic... despite county ordinances requiring that they close.
They can face up to a $500 fine per day for staying open.
But the company had posted the following on their website homepage, assuring potential patrons they have taken the proper safet precautions:
"The safety of our guests and team is always our number one priority. We are one of the many businesses across the state and country exceeding CDC guidelines by requiring masks, social distancing, enhanced cleaning procedures, as well as greatly limiting attendance. We have always worked diligently with our city and county, to exceed their standards, and today is no different. We love being a part of this community and we are committed to safely providing this escape from all of our daily lives."
They are allowing people to 'Test the Waters'. You can visit the park and if, within the first hour of visit, you feel uncomfortable about the safety measures, you can request a return visit for 2021.
