Things to Do

  • Make it Longer - rushing around it what adds to the stress
  • Walk or Bike - gets some exercise
  • Carpool - networking/socially time
  • Make it Rewarding - listen to an audiobook, listen to JACK-FM, make a station on iHeartRadio [I slightly changed this set]
