A woman was convicted of the attempted murder of a Sacramento police officer whose partner, K9 cop Bodie, was shot in the exchange. A Sacramento Superior Court jury convicted Leslie McCulley yesterday of attempted murder of a peace officer, Randy Van Dusen.

McCulley did not shoot at the officer but her boyfriend, 33-year-old Lucus Webb did. Web was shot and killed by the officer who returned fire. Jurors determined McCully aided and abetted Webb. McCulley and Webb, who were both from Butte County, were in Sacramento on a drug deal driving a stolen car.
