SACRAMENTO -- A small plane crashed at the Bing Maloney Golf Course on Friday evening, near the Sacramento Executive Airport.

Sacramento Fire and Police tell KFBK the plane crash landed at about 6:40pm and is leaking fuel. Emergency units are headed responding to the scene.

Two people were aboard the plane, which is a single engine aircraft. Both passengers have survived the crash with non-life threatening injuries. 

Crews on scene have declared it a level two hazmat situation because of the fuel. They hope to have it cleaned up by 8 p.m.
