In an effort to stop what's been called "Greyhound therapy" Representative Doris Matsui from Sacramento is sponsoring a bill which create fines of up to $10-thousand for violators.

This comes after a very public case in which a man who reportedly suffered from psychosis was sent to Sacramento via bus from the Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Hospital in Las Vegas. It was later revealed that the hospital had done the same with about 15-hundred mental patients, sending most of them to California.
