The 18-year-old boy arrested Tuesday for bringing two guns to his high school in North Highlands was booked into Sacramento County Jail for felony counts of having a firearm on public school grounds, carrying a concealed unregistered gun with ammunition, and carrying a loaded firearm on one's person.

Jaison Andrade told News 10 in a jailhouse interview he had the guns because he was planning to bring them to his uncle's house after school.

Officers were called to the school by a parent whose child had told them about the guns.
