First things first, multiple sources are calling the New Jersey gubernatorial race for incumbent Chris Christie.

With that said, it's obviously Election Day in other parts of the country, and after 12 years of Michael Bloomberg, New York City will wake up tomorrow with a new mayor.

The choice is between Democrat Bill de Blasio and Republican Joe Lhota.  De Blasio promises to reform the New York Police Department's stop and frisk tactic.  Lhota has promised to keep in place many of Bloomberg's policies,

Right now several sources have projected that de Blasio will win.

Another big governor's race
in Virginia has people speculating about the purple state's headwinds going into 2016.  That race is between Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Ken Cuccinelli, and most outlets are projecting a win for McAuliffe after hours of the race being too close to call.
