The Sacramento City Planning Commission met Thursday night to talk all-things arena related.  The board says there's plenty of design drafts and concept artwork showing the main court, but what about the outside?  Attorney Jeff Dorso, who's working with the design committee, was on hand to talk about a proposed outdoor basketball court that doubles as an amphitheatre,

"Or maybe it's a grassy slope on one side and they have seats or other things on the other side where you could have different types of performances.  A smaller venue, you know people having lunch could sit on the steps."

Commissioners said they want to see more features that emphasize the entertainment aspect of the center, not just the center set up for basketball games.

Especially since they represent just 41 regular season games a year.
