A land use plan for the Sacramento Kings was unveiled late Friday. It would have three mixed-use areas of residential, retail and office space north and west of the planned arena site at the Downtown Plaza along J Street and Fourth and Seventh streets.

The arena details, available on the city of Sacramento website, which show retail and commercial uses on the first floor of the building.  Another 475-thousand square feet will be used for office and space and there will be about 550 multi-family residential units in two or more towers on the site. There's also plans for a 250-room hotel.
