While baseball's A's are trying to finalize a new 10-year lease, the NFL's Raiders have other ideas for the aging O.co Coliseum.

The "San Francisco Chronicle" reports the Raiders are in talks to have the stadium torn down in 2015 to make room for a new one.

Coliseum representatives say they expect to reach a deal with the Raiders by the end of the summer, with a new stadium to open on the existing site by 2018.

The Raiders would play elsewhere in the interim.

It's unclear where the A's would play. The A's have already agreed to a new lease, but it still awaits final approval.
