At least one member of the Sacramento City Council says he needs more time to review the term sheet for a new entertainment and sports complex that came out late Saturday night. Steve Hansen, who represents the area where the arena will be built at the Downtown Plaza, said on his Facebook page "There are still many questions about the proposal. I continue to believe the public and the City Council need sufficient time to review the proposed term sheet. This is the most important vote the Council will take for a very long time."

The new proposal calls for a $448 million project at the Downtown Plaza with big money investors. The City Council is set to vote on the deal at its meeting tonight.
