It's a given in the restaurant business: Plenty of people who make reservations don't keep them. Think twice, though, if you're going to pull that on the popular Beverly Hills bistro Red Medicine. When one out of every five people did on a recent weekend night, co-owner Noah Ellis called them out on Twitter - by name. Some people see the effort as a bold new way to get people to honor a reservation. Others say Ellis was rude and they won't go to Red Medicine again. Ellis says he isn't sure if he'll do it again. But he says he's glad he raised the issue.
