A Southern California man fired on by police during the manhunt for accused cop killer Christopher Dorner is suing the police department. David Perdue claims a Torrance police cruiser rammed his truck and officers fired at him as he drove to the beach to go surfing on February 7th. Perdue says none of the bullets struck him, but he was injured when his airbag deployed after the police cruiser hit his truck. Torrance police officials say the incident with Perdue is unfortunate and they are hoping to reach a resolution with him soon.
