SACRAMENTO -- A botched armored car robbery has two Sacramento men looking at 40 years in federal prison.

The two men waited for an armored car in the parking lot of the Florin Road Walmart -- according to the complaint from the US Attorney.

Raymell Eason shot one of the guards with a taser while Keith Smith waited in the getaway car.

But, according to the complaint, the guard recovered from the tasering quicker than expected and shot Eason in the knee while giving chase.

Smith fled the scene in the getaway car. Both men were tracked down by police and arrested, later confessing to the failed robbery.

They're facing conspiracy and attempted robbery charges, and up to 40 years in the federal pen.
